Find disability and disabled products and services, sports and the arts plus, children's needs, education, social care and mobility and walking aids. The directory contains the largest disability categories in the UK. Ableize directory is UK based but may contain listings from any country offering shipping, services or information to disabled people in the UK.
Apparelyzed was initially created to allow people to buy T-shirts and other apparel regarding Spinal Cord Injury humour - hence the name. The site has since grown and now covers Spinal Cord Injury anatomy, a Spinal Cord Injury discussion forum and SCI research area as well as a carefully selected links directory. The point of the website is to raise disability awareness and share life experiences between disabled people and their carers.

Mobilise is a UK charity that promotes mobility for disabled people. They represent the interests of disabled drivers, passengers, scooter and wheelchair users, as well as their friends, families and carers.
The Motability Scheme enables disabled people to use their government-funded mobility allowance to obtain a new car, powered wheelchair or scooter.
Ricability is the trading name of the Research Institute for Consumer Affairs (RICA). They are a national research charity dedicated to providing independent information of value to disabled and older consumers. Their website includes a car measurement guide. As well as giving dimensions of nearly every make and model of car, there are useful reports on ease of wheelchair access.
